This hotel is a hidden gem near the train station, making it incredibly convenient for exploring the city. The staff were incredibly helpful and provided fantastic recommendations for restaurants and attractions. The rooms were clean and spacious, with comfortable beds for a good night's sleep. The breakfast was a pleasant surprise, with a good selection of fresh fruit and delicious coffee.

Hotel Beatrice Florence is a great choice for a comfortable and convenient stay. Its location near the train station makes it very easy to access all the attractions of the city. Furthermore, the friendly staff, particularly Constantino, provide excellent service and make you feel at home. The rooms are clean and comfortable, with beds that are incredibly comfortable. The breakfast, while it could use more variety, is still more than adequate to start your day. the hotel offers a functional base with a lot of character.

Some rooms may be situated on the second floor without an elevator, which may be inconvenient for some guests.

We were pleasantly surprised by the cleanliness and spaciousness of our room at Hotel Beatrice. The view from our window was incredible and the air conditioning kept us cool during the hot summer days. The hotel staff even arranged for a car to pick us up at 6 am without any issues. I highly recommend this hotel for a comfortable stay in Florence.

The noise levels in the hotel can be a bit high, especially if you are a light sleeper. The sound of garbage trucks dumping glass and other guests in the hallways can disrupt sleep.

Some rooms had issues with reservations and were not as expected. Noise from reception and overhead rooms was a disturbance.
